You will receive an email confirming we have received your order. We will then contact you within 2 working days to arrange a convenient date and time to carry out the survey and complete the contract. Once payment has cleared we will process your order and schedule your installation within 3-4 weeks. We will inform you of your installation date by email and by post.
Your installation will be carried out on the date stated at the designated time slot.
Either a) 8-11 b) 11-2pm or c) 2-5pm.
Your old door will be removed and all the rubbish removed. Your new suredoor will then be installed to the highest standard and you will be shown how it works.
The installation will take approximately 1-2 hours. Your new suredoor is then fully guaranteed for 10years.

Do you have any brochures?
The site shows the full range of doors we offer; however a brochure can be made available upon request which shows our extensive range.
Do you have salesmen come round my house?

Is my door guaranteed?
A suredoor is manufactured to the highest industry standards and is covered for 10 years. Suredoors will carry out any maintenance and repairs subject to our terms and conditions within this period.
Do you employ subcontractors?
No. Unlike most installation companies, all our installers are employed by the company and trained to the highest standards to ensure you get the best possible service.

Why don't I just buy a door off the shelf and install it myself?
They simply don't fit. Door openings vary on every home and doors off the shelf are all set sizes. Therefore you will have to modify the door frame to make it fit. We will survey, supply and install a made to measure door and frame exactly to the brickwork dimensions ensuring a perfect fit.
